5 tips to help you stay on track during the final week:
1. Set a goal for the final week
Whether it's hitting a new personal best during your workout streak or sticking to the Hot Body meal plan without any mistakes, setting a specific goal for the past week will give you something to work from . Write it down and remind yourself of it daily to stay focused.
2. Don't compare yourself to others
Everyone's fitness journey is unique, so avoid comparing your progress. Focus on your own accomplishments and how far youâve come since starting SSU.
3. Stay positive
Positive self-talk can go a long way in keeping you motivated. Remind yourself of all the hard work you have done so far and the progress you have made. Encourage yourself with affirmations and believe in your ability to meet the challenge strong.
4. Lean on your accountability group
Your accountability group is there to support you, so don't be afraid to ask them for motivation if you feel like you're slipping away from your goals. Share your struggles, accomplishments, and goals with your LSF girls and let them uplift you. Knowing that you are not alone on this journey is incredibly empowering.
5. Celebrate how far youâve come
Take time to celebrate how far you have come in your fitness journey. Acknowledge all the hard work and dedication you have put in over the past few weeks. Treat yourself to something special as a reward for your commitment to yourself and to SSU!
