Diddy Faces Sexual Assault Lawsuit From Radio Contest Winner

Sean “Diddy” Combs faces another sexual assault trial amid her ongoing legal troubles.

According to a lawsuit obtained by Us every week Friday December 20 La Troya Grayson is suing the rap mogul over a 2006 incident in which she was allegedly drugged and raped at a Diddy party. (TMZ was the first to announce the news.)

It all started when Grayson's brother won a contest through a radio station in Oklahoma. The prize included round-trip airfare for one winner and their guest, a hotel room in New York, and two tickets to attend Diddy's “White Party.”

Grayson alleges in court documents that she and her brother went to the party, which was turned into a “Black Party.” The alleged victim said she was allowed into the event while her brother was left outside.

After having two drinks at the party, Grayson said she started feeling sick and headed to the bathroom.

Grayson said in court documents that she had no memory of the rest of the night, but remembers waking up at Saint Vincent Medical Center in New York with a torn shirt and no underwear.

After returning to Oklahoma, Grayson said in court documents that she received a call from an anonymous woman who allegedly told her not to pursue Diddy because he was a “celebrity” and that she would “just lose its time”.

TMZ also reported that Grayson's attorney Ariel Mitchell said her client chose not to report a rape at the time, out of fear and confusion.

In a statement to TMZ, Diddy's team denied Grayson's allegations, saying, “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or participated in sex trafficking.” Ms. Grayson admits that she has no memory of the events alleged in her complaint, that she does not know who was allegedly involved and that she never spoke to Mr. Combs. The trial comes after Diddy was arrested in September for sex trafficking, racketeering and other alleged crimes. He denied the allegations and pleaded not guilty to the accusations.
