Ingredients:
- 250g freekeh (washed and soaked)
- 700ml cooking cream
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 100g fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 chicken breasts (fillets, diced and seasoned to taste)
- 1½ cups Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions:
- Prepare the Base:
- Sauté the onions in a little oil until soft. Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
