But that's not the only way to produce a seasonal sweet treat. This chocolate chip cookie dough comes together in minutes with minimal mess. There is no need to turn on the oven.
And above all, it is full of protein. Cottage cheese is your superpower when it comes to enjoying a protein-rich dessert. Although some prefer it alone, it owes its immense popularity to its versatility.

Cottage cheese cookie dough
For: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- β cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ΒΌ cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a food processor, combine cottage cheese, maple syrup, protein powder, almond flour and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth.
- Remove the mixture from the processor and place it in a bowl.
- Add the chocolate chips and enjoy!
