5 tips to help you regain your motivation:
1. Mix up your routine
Try changing things up by trying a new workout video in our MOVE apptake a walk or even just take your MOVE exercise outside to get some fresh air and vitamin D.
2. Check in with your accountability group
Registration with your responsibility group or your close friends and family can help you stay motivated and accountable on this health and fitness journey. Share with them your difficulties, your goals and your successes. Let them help you stay on track when you're not feeling motivated.
3. Work out with a girlfriend
Working out with a girlfriend or family can make your workouts more fun, and you'll be more willing to do it with someone who does it with you. Schedule regular workouts with a friend or family member to stay on track. Having them with you will help you stay accountable and motivated.
4. Baby Long Distance LSF
Even though most girls in LSF Community live in different cities, states, and countries, training remotely with an LSF baby can provide you with a virtual workout buddy who can help you stay motivated and accountable. You can schedule a time to work out at the same time to make it more fun and motivate each other!
5. Set small, achievable goals
Instead of focusing on one big, intimidating goal, break it down into smaller, more achievable micro-goals. Celebrate your progress along your journey and use these small victories to stay motivated and on track.
Reminder: It's normal to have ups and downs in your fitness journey. The important thing is not to give up when you start to lose some motivation and momentum. Use these tips to help you break out of your passion for fitness and get back on track to achieving your goals.
