Vanderpump Rules alum James Kennedy is trying to get on the right path after his recent arrest for domestic violence.

Kennedy, 32 years old, was arrested on Tuesday, December 10, after the police received a call “about an argument between a man and a woman” at the home of Kennedy and Lewber. Police deemed it a “domestic incident” and Kennedy was subsequently taken into custody.
After the announcement of his arrest, Kennedy's lawyers expressed himself in a statement to We.
“We are in the process of conducting our own investigation into the allegations made by the Burbank Police Department against James,” the Dec. 13 statement said. “We understand that there were no injuries and we hope that after careful review, the city's attorneys will decide not to file formal charges.”
