After being at the scene of the terrifying break-in at Joe Burrowis at home earlier this month, model Olivia Ponton resumes his routine.
“The year is coming to an end, so the motto 'new year, new me' will come into play soon,” said Ponton, 22, on Tuesday, December 17. TikTok video.
Wearing a cozy black hoodie, Ponton shared “the things I do in my life to make my health and wellness journey a little easier” with her 7.6 million followers.
Ponton admitted that she lacked “motivation to go to the gym 99 percent of the time,” so she recommended “some kind of energy, caffeine” to get the fitness vibes flowing. “The chef’s kiss,” she said.

“These little individual packets of plant-based protein are something that really helps me in life,” Ponton said. “I literally put them in my pockets or the small part of my pants when I go to the gym, so that right after my workout I can have one.”
Ponton complains that when she's in New York, she has trouble finding “a good protein shake.”
“Just a protein shake,” Ponton explained. “I don’t need fruit in it.” I don't need anything else.
In a separate TikTok video Published on Wednesday December 18, Ponton took the process in hand.
“We're going to make my post-workout smoothie together,” Ponton said in the video, fresh from the gym.
Simply put, Ponton mixes water and two scoops of chocolate protein powder to make his perfect shake.
“It's literally so simple,” Ponton said, “and I think it's equivalent to 20 grams of protein. The model also hinted that the smoothie can make a good 'treat' in the evening.
The videos marked Ponton's return to social networks after the burglary at Burrow's, Ohio on December 9.
Ponton called police to report the burglary at the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback's home. She told authorities she noticed a “broken bedroom window” and that a room had been “searched.”
In another 911 call, Ponton's mother, Dianetold a dispatcher, “Someone is trying to break into the house right now. My daughter is there. This is Joe Burrow's house. She stays there. He's at the football game.
At the time of the burglary, Burrow and the Bengals were in Texas to play the Dallas Cowboys. Monday Night Football.
A police report referred to Ponton as being “employed by Mr. Burrow” and the two have not publicly discussed the status of their relationship.
The investigation into the break-in at Burrow's home continues.
