“When I started Summer Shape Up, I wasn't in a good place because I had stopped working out and wasn't eating healthy. I've done many LSF challenges in the past, but I I had stopped training for a while and wasn't feeling the best mentally or physically.”
“When I saw that Summer Shape up was starting, I decided that I was going to start from scratch and establish a new healthy routine by working out and eating healthy. The first week of SSU was the hardest because I had to establish a new routine, but once I got the hang of it after the first week, it became easier thanks to Move the app, Hot Body Meal Planand the incredible LSF community to help keep me motivated. I now work out every morning and it has made such a difference to my mental health. I struggle with anxiety and working out helps a lot.”
“I've come a long way and I'm making healthier choices every day. I'm making progress every week, that's all that matters to me. I lost 7 pounds this challenge but I also have a victory without a scale because my once tight clothes barely fit. I went from a size medium to small. My biggest victory is that I feel better not only physically but mentally. Equipelsf because I know that’s what helps me keep going during and after challenges.

“I still struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle when my home routine is interrupted. This year it really opened my eyes. I weighed myself in June after our travels and I have never been higher on the scale. I was just overall tired and slow. »
“These last 6 weeks have helped me realize that I can do so much more than I think I'm capable of. I'm sad that the challenge is over, but I still plan to check in and do the workouts in the application in the future. The LSF team and the community is unlike anything I've ever gotten in a gym, workout class, or online platform. I am so proud of all the girls who took part in the challenge. These girls inspired me every day to show up. I love that we're like a little family online.”

Jessie's History:
“It was the very first time I did fitness workouts/challenges with love. I joined the MOVE app a week before the challenge and I was blown away by the difficulty but also the fun of the workouts. I also bought the hot body nutrition plan and the 14 days [shape up] a long time ago, years ago, and I never followed them. But I decided to make them this time and was blown away by how simple the meal plan was to follow. I like how you provide easy swaps between carbs and fats and how realistic the meal plan is. I'm able to prepare meals with my husband in the evening, but also stick to my goals.”
“I joined goal gang about halfway through the challenge and I feel like that's really what catapulted me a little more into the community. The girls there are very motivating. It's also very refreshing to see you, Katieinteracting with us and providing information to Lil along the way. I love motivation and going beyond the workouts and meal plan. I think that's really what sets your program apart from all the other fitness programs I've been involved with for years. »
“I just feel like for the first time in two years since my son was born, I found a way to take time for myself, to get my body back, to get my mental clarity back and to having fun taking care of myself again I honestly didn't know if I was ever going to lose the baby weight and postpartum weight I had gained over those three years of not really taking care of myself. “Not only am I struggling with anxiety from exhaustion and long distances, but I'm also physically a single mom right now. Without the help of LSF teamI might have stopped training.”
“Even though I didn't lose a lot of pounds during this challenge, I gained strength, muscle and the ability to eat well and train despite difficult challenges. I lost about 3 pounds. I learned to eat properly without restricting the foods I love to eat and without giving up my sweet tooth, I learned that patience is key and not to compare myself to someone who I am. think, could be more handsome than me or compare me to my old body.
“This challenge taught me that it's okay to change things when things get difficult, but to always remember “why” I'm doing this so that I don't give up and don't get out of control. routine I wouldn't say I lost my love handles like I wanted, but I gained muscle in my glutes and toned my arms…which was one of my other goals for over. 2 years old.
“I used the LSF 14 days of fitness And HBMP while I was doing this challenge. I even brought my meal plans with me on my vacation up North. I wanted to stick to a meal plan that would satisfy my hunger while keeping my goals intact. During this challenge, I discovered my love for wing woman and now I can't stop drinking it every day. Not only has it helped my immune system, but it's also my favorite morning drink that I can't go a day without. »
