Crawford is not a great fighter because he has not beaten anyone elite at 154, 147, 140 or 135. There are fighters between 154 and 168 that Bud could fight to reach the top spot, but he will not fight them because the end result would be negative.

So, Crawford shouldn't be anywhere near first place in the pound-for-pound ratings or second place. Given his low CV, he should be below around 10-15.

The only notable victory for Crawford (41-0, 31 KOs) on his 16-year resume is a stranded car crash, a rusty Errol Spence ring.
