Ingredients:

  • 1 onion, diced into small cubes
  • ¼ medium-sized red cabbage, finely sliced
  • ½ green bell pepper, diced
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tomato, peeled and diced into small cubes
  • 1 cucumber, diced into small cubes
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • A dash of black pepper
  • Olive oil

Directions:

  1. Finely chop the onion into small cubes and slice the red cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Dice the green and red bell peppers into small cubes.
  3. Peel and dice the tomato into small cubes.
  4. Dice the cucumber into small cubes as well.
