Our team is continually impressed by our LSF community. All the women in this community have worked hard and we are so proud of each and every one of you! You all completed this 6-week challenge strong and your transformations, inside and out, have been INCREDIBLE!

Allison's story:

“I've always struggled with my self-esteem. When I took my before photos, I was in tears looking at them. I was at my heaviest (including when I was pregnant). I didn't recognize my own body and I knew it was time to get serious and buckle down.

I knew I couldn't make excuses anymore, that I had to change for myself and my future health. So I followed the Move the app workouts, completing each one. I joined an SSD Shining Stars & LSF mamas accountability group. I remained determined to follow the 7 days to lose weight & HBMPand I did a 40-day sugar fast with my sister.

I started the journey hoping and praying that I could stick with it and not give up. So many encouraging women within the LSF community have kept me going! Meal plans have helped take the planning and guesswork out of the way. And I think that's the key to my success.

Not only did I become physically stronger, but I gained confidence! I have suffered from anxiety, fatigue, migraines, dizziness and hormonal issues since 2020. Since changing my diet and moving my body, I have never felt better! My migraines are non-existent, my anxiety is MUCH better, I have ridiculous energy (wake up at 5:30), and my dizziness and hormonal issues are gone! LSF was the key to winning me back.”

“I gained over 35 pounds in my late 30s and hated everything about my body. I found it extremely difficult to change my habits and lifestyle. I had no plan or direction to be continued. I was tired of feeling tired, tired of not leaving the house because I had nothing to wear, tired of feeling bad every day. I decided to join Spring Slim Down Challenge.

In just 6 weeks, I gained confidence I didn't know I had, I gained a new joy in getting up early in the morning, I gained an appreciation for my body and what it can do, I gained a new relationship with food and learned how to nourish my body, I gained a community of support, love and encouragement, not to mention I lost 9 pounds and my clothes fit so much better !

For me, this is just the beginning! I am committed to being my best self yet and I have Katie and the LSF team/community to thank for that. I am so grateful and feel so proud to be where I am today. I feel strong, motivated and excited for the future! Good things come to those who sweat! »

“I started this challenge as a reset for the new year to hold myself accountable to committing to training with the move the application every day and closely following the HBMP. I also really wanted a support system for this challenge, so I started #teamlsfslay and these women have been amazing in motivating me and sharing their support throughout the challenge. I don't think I could have stayed this consistent without them! This challenge got me into the habit of working out and eating well consistently.”

PINK HEART CONTAINER

Our Pink Heart Award is given to a member of the #teamLSF community who not only remained dedicated to her own fitness journey, but was also extremely encouraging to her fellow #teamlsf! With each challenge, we ask members to submit people who have motivated them and been a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.

Selena – Lost 11 pounds

“I have lost 17 kilos since the start of Feel Good Challenge 14(including 11 that I have lost since starting the SSD).

I followed a meal plan for over a month and now my husband and I are doing better nutritionally.

While this all sounds amazing, this challenge had a lot less to do with achieving weight loss goals and more to do with cheering on the LSF girls who have cheered me on through every past challenge.

My why is to encourage others when they don't believe in themselves or receive encouragement from the people in their life and maybe even their dreams are abandoned. »

We received SO many amazing entries for this challenge that it was almost impossible to just highlight our grand prize winner, runners-up, and Pink Heart recipient. We wanted to salute these incredible members who have also experienced insane transformations and heartwarming stories!

“I decided to make a change, if you will, by regulating my workout times and my sleep cycle. I started coming home for lunch to prepare my healthy foods at home and take my workout clothes to take with me to change into after work Going to the gym directly instead of home helped me work out earlier, which got me to dinner earlier and feeling better. allowed me to sleep more The last two weeks have been great. and I noticed a difference in my body and my body I see that my body is sculpted, ripped, slimmer!

“I fully committed to SSD and worked on my physical health, but more importantly my mental health and in turn this helped my physical health even more. This challenge was the first time I Was using the meal plans and loved them It was great to have a quick, simple and effective plan laid out in front of me (just like the. Move the app for my exercises) so that I don't always think about what I should prepare for meals! I even discovered some new favorite foods (salmon and Greek yogurt) than before HBMP I didn't realize I loved it so much.

There will always be challenges, but I have taken it one day at a time and will continue to do so. I am very grateful to the girls of #teamlsf who encourage and support me. I love that about these challenges: we do it together!

The biggest win of SSD, I would say, is that I FINALLY got into a routine of exercise and protein in the morning. I've been trying to get it to work for a long time and it got stuck this time! Yeah!
