How To Get Ready for Our Summer Challenge

OUR Summer Shape Up Challenge It’s happening! Are you ready to get fit, gain confidence and feel better in just 6 weeks! ?

We've put together a list of 10 things to do before we start on July 8 so you can feel prepared and have all the tips for success this summer!

List of things to do before summer:

1. Bikini Body Detox Meal Plan

On July 7, the day before SSU begins, join us to complete the Bikini Body Detox Plan, to detoxify your body and prepare you to exceed your fitness goals! You will get this plan for FREE when you sign up here.

2. Meal preparation

One of the keys to successfully completing the challenge is meal preparation. Take the time to plan your meals for the week to stay on track with your nutrition goals.

This makes it much easier to eat healthy during the week so you don't have to rush for unhealthy meals and snacks.

3. Take your photos before

Taking your before photos is key to tracking your progress and being eligible for the grand prize!

Show your SSU 2024 sign (in the SSU Playbook) so we can verify that it is a real “before” photo for this challenge!

To do:

  • Bright and natural lighting

  • Tight clothing/sports bra and shorts

  • Vertical and full body

  • Front, side, back

  • Clean background (like a wall or door)

  • Wear the same outfit before and after!

Don’t:

  • Dark and shady lighting
  • Loose clothing
  • Messy background
  • Distant shots

4. Shape Up Summer Meal Plan

Be sure to take our Summer meal plan for fitness so you can exceed your nutritional goals and follow us throughout the 6 weeks!

5. Download Move

6. Set clear goals

Define your goals for SSU. Whether it's losing weight, building muscle, or improving your endurance, setting clear goals will help you stay focused and motivated.

7. Take notes to track progress

Record your weight and measurements before starting SSU. This will be key to tracking your progress and celebrating your achievements at the end of Summer Shape Up.

8. Join an accountability group

We firmly believe that accountability groups are a key factor in keeping you motivated throughout your fitness journey. With Summer Shape Up coming up, we want to make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed, so we want to help you create them! 9. Schedule your workout time

Block out time in your calendar or diary for your workouts. Make it a priority by planning it in advance and treating it like any other important appointment!

10. Moisturize, hydrate, hydrate

Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the challenge. Staying hydrated is essential for overall health, energy levels and post-workout recovery. You can also make drinking water more fun by adding a spoonful of Woman wing Or Natural Beauty😉
